Wander Woman is seeking an energetic and service-oriented individual for the role of Travel Facilitator. This role is essential in ensuring seamless execution of trips, providing direct support to travellers, and maintaining a smooth travel experience from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in dynamic travel environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the on-ground point of contact during trips and tours.
- Coordinate travel logistics including transportation, accommodation, meals, and itinerary timelines.
- Ensure smooth check-ins, pickups, and all logistical arrangements during trips.
- Provide real-time support and assistance to travellers to address queries, concerns,or emergencies.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors, guides, and internal teams to ensure service quality.
- Gather feedback and insights from travellers to help improve future travel experiences.
- Assist the operations team with trip preparation, documentation, and reporting.
- Handle cash disbursements and ensure proper financial tracking during trips.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Adaptability in handling changing or unexpected situations.
- Commitment to going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the tourism or travel sector is preferred.
Work Schedule & Location:
- Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka
- Days: Sunday – Thursday (Weekend: Friday & Saturday)
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
- Salary range: BDT 18,000 – 25,000 (based on experience)
